Most recently, I served as a Senior Operations Manager within a Silicon Valley AI-driven healthcare startup, where I led multi-specialty coding operations across a national footprint. In this role, I partnered closely with engineering teams to refine AI-assisted coding models, developed performance metrics to drive enterprise decision-making, and implemented automation-forward workflows that improved compliance and financial outcomes.

 

I have led both U.S. and offshore teams, including operational oversight of coding teams in India, with a focus on increasing productivity, quality, and scalability. I have also supported on-site hospital and specialty practice engagements, leading onboarding, stabilizing operations during critical transitions, and resolving escalations at the executive level.
