I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and emotional well-being.

 

With a genuine passion for supporting others, I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. My focus is on mental health and helping clients navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.

 

In my current role as an office assistant, I have gained valuable experience in client support and the day-to-day operations of a professional setting, further strengthening my ability to connect with and assist others in meaningful ways. As I continue my education and training, I am dedicated to growing as a clinician and providing thoughtful, client-centered care to diverse individuals and communities.
